Word of the Day

Daily puzzle · Numbers Packs · prizes

The Word of the Day is Collect The Alphabet's daily puzzle: every day the game picks a word, and you spell it using the letters you've collected. Spell it and you earn a prize. It's the designed sink for duplicate letters — the spares that would otherwise be sold for diamonds — and since the August 28 update it's also one of the two ways to unlock Numbers Packs.

How it works

Check today's word

The Word of the Day board shows the word of the day in-game. It refreshes daily.

Spell it with your letters

Place the matching letters to complete the word. Duplicates from your pack grinding are exactly what this system wants.

Claim the prize

A completed word earns a prize. Since August 28 it can also unlock Numbers Packs — a separate pack line themed around digits.

Come back tomorrow

Daily rewards stack alongside the word puzzle, so a short daily session keeps both ticking.

Numbers Packs

Numbers Packs are the newest pack line, added August 28. Unlike letter packs sold in the shop, they are unlockable through the Word of the Day or daily rewards — which makes the daily loop the only reliable free source of a whole pack tier. The same update introduced a NUMBERS code (since expired) that grants three Mythic Packs, so don't confuse the two: the code gives Mythic Packs, the daily loop gives Numbers Packs.

What Numbers Packs drop (digits? symbols? mutated letters?) has not been detailed by the developer yet — contents will be documented once verified.

Word of the Day vs selling for diamonds

Duplicate letters have two uses: spell the daily word, or sell them for diamonds toward Symbol Packs. The two compete for the same inventory. A practical split: keep enough duplicates to comfortably spell common words (E, A, R, S, T, O, N and friends go fast), and sell the rest — the diamond loop guide covers when selling beats saving.
